COVID UPDATE
Schorsch Village Hall, 6940 W. Belmont, will be reopening for rentals effective immediately.
Capacity will be limited to 100 people with six to a table maximum. The hall will be totally disinfected with masks and social distancing required when not eating.
For more detailed information regarding availability, rental costs, etc., please stop by the hall on either Saturday or Sunday from 10:00 to 10:30 AM and talk to our building manager Laurie.
Amenities Include…..
Seating up to 100 person
Kitchen includes all new commercial Stove, Refrigerator, restaurant pot sink, and Microwave
Food staging and serving area is available
Large Bar with bottle cooler and stainless steel sinks
New floor suitable for dancing
Raised platform for band, DJ, Speaker, etc.
Tables and 100 chairs are included
2,600 square foot area for weddings, ceremonies, family events, banquets, etc.
One rental per day
Rental Hours and Fees
Fridays (10am-Midnight) -----$700.
Saturdays (10am-12:30am) --$800.
Sundays (10am-11pm) -------$700.
Dates go fast so it would be best to visit the hall (6940 W. Belmont) at 10am sharp on a Saturday or Sunday.
A $400 deposit is required. The person in charge of renting is there for approximately 1/2 hour, so please arrive at 10am.
